When are the Oklahoma Service Centers open?

How do I access my account?
You need three things when you visit a CU Service Center Location:

· The name of your Credit Union

· Your Account Number at your Credit Union

· A current, un-expired, VALID Government issued picture identification with signature,

  such as:

          · State issued driver's license or identification card

          · U.S. Passport

          · U.S. Armed Forces Identification Card with S.S.N or another traceable

            identification number

          · Resident Alien Card issued by the INS

Employee ID's are never accepted as a valid form of identification.

You will also be asked for the last four digits of your social security number to verify your identity on the account. If your ID does not match the address on the system, you will also be asked to verify your current address.

How long does it take the transaction to reach my account?
Transactions conducted at a CU Service Center appear immediately on your account. There is no time delay.

How are holds and deposited funds handled?
Holds may be placed by your credit union on items you deposit through the CU Service Centers of Oklahoma locations based on your credit union's hold policies. The CU Service Center does not place holds on your account; your credit union place the holds.

The CUSC cannot remove a hold place on your account. You must contact your own credit union to discuss the removal of the hold.

Are there any limits on cash withdrawals?

CU Service Centers of Oklahoma cash withdrawal limit is $1,500* per day per member, regardless of your own credit union policy. CUSC also adheres to the limits set by the credit unions serviced. Please contact your credit union to see if there is a lower threshold set.

*Credit Union outlets may have a lower cash withdrawal limit.

Are there any fees?

Fees are charged for some additional services at a CU Service Centers of Oklahoma location.

*May not be available at all locations.

Individual credit unions may impose additional fees for using a CU Service Center location. Consult your credit union for details.

Fees may differ for services provided if you use a Service Center location in a different region.

Can I place stop payments?

The CU Service Centers of Oklahoma Location cannot accept a stop payment request on your checking account. You must contact your own credit union.

If you need to place a stop payment on an official check obtained from the CU Service Centers you must contact the location where you obtained the check. There will be a waiting period not to exceed 15 days before funds can be released. Please refer to Fees.

What information can't I get from a CU Service Center?

CU Service Centers cannot answer specific questions about an account, conduct any type of lending, open new accounts or services, neither provide information or conduct transactions over the telephone, nor order checks. Please contact your credit union directly for their services.

What is a CU Service Center?

A CU Service Center is a credit union or stand-alone facility that welcomes members from participating credit unions to conduct teller transactions. Service Centers serve members of all participating credit unions.

What is shared branching?

Shared branching is a cooperative service whereby participating credit union members can conduct basic teller transactions in person at a location other than their credit union.

What are the differences between a CU Service Center and my credit union?

A CU Service Center is an extension of your credit union. Your credit union can process loan requests, open IRA and CD accounts, and makes changes or additions to your membership. CU Service Centers only process teller transactions.
